ČELIK-PAK offers a complete solution for small, medium and large production plants.

In our production program we have automatic machine for forming, dosing and closing the bag. With standard performance PACKING MACHINES are also wide modifications to your existing PACKING MACHINES request in order to complete optimization of your production process.

If you already have packing plant, we are able to upgrade the existing production lines and match our packing machines in the existing system in order to maximize automation and minimize work participation of the human factor in possible delays.

APKP-100 AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINES FOR PACKAGING MATERIAL POWDER 50G-1000G

Machines is intended for packaging of coffee, and can pack crystal, fine grained and powdery materials in bags formed from a strip through the „collar“. The withdrawal of the strip is done by means of rubber tape, which increases speed and durability of machine mechanism. Heaters impresse date in bags. Dosing system is a vertical screw. With machine is optional delivers elevator for supplying material in dosing basket.

APKZ-100 AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINES FOR PACKAGING MATERIAL GRANULAR 30G-1000G

Machines is intended for packaging crystal, granular and small pieces material in pillow shaped bags formed from a strip through the „collar“. APS-PIR AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR PACKAGING OF HOTEL SUGAR

This machine is intended for automatic packaging of sugar, and can pack all small granular food and other packaging materials from 2 to 10 grams. This machine forms bags from toil rolls measures and fills with packing material and welds and cut off full bag. This machine can create three types of bags: cigarettes, pyramids and pads. APSS-10 AUTOMATIC PACKING MACHINES FOR SMALL PACKAGES 5-50G

This machine designed for packing powder and crystal materials such as vanilla sugar, pudding, pepper, etc… in bags with four-welded edges formed from a roll. Tested the concept with rotary jaws applied in this machine provides quiet operation, long work life and easy setting.

KP-1 AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR PACKAGING PIECE

This machine is intended for packaging materials in the lime bags formed from a strip by means of the „collar“. The withdrawal tape is done pneumatically, with cylinders for lifting the jaw. With machine is optional delivered dosing system for granular materials when marked APZ-250 and can pack material from 20-250g.

APKZ-1500 AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR PACKAGING PELLET

This machine is intended for packing pellet in sacks of 15 kg. Sack dimensions are 400×600 mm from PVC foil. Machine forms sack from roll then doses material and closes the sack. Machine handles one worker, the machine operation is control electronically. Dosing is done with electronic weighing machine.

APK-8 MACHINE FOR LIQUID PACKING IN BOTTLE

Work puts bottle in the holder machine doses liquid, sets the bottle closure, closes bottle and sets out the bottle in the leading away channel. All parts which are in contact with material that is packed, are made of materials used in food industry.

AP-К-100 AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR TEA SPOON PACKAGING

The machine is designed for automatic packing of plastic tea spoons in the bag which is closed with four welded edges from two foil rolls.

PAPE-100 (PAPE-500) SEMI-AUTOMATIC MACHINE FOR PACKAGING POWDERS FROM 50 TO 500 GRAMS (FROM 500 TO 5000 GRAMS)

TT-350-H BELT LEADING AWAY CONVEYOR

To increase automation of machine, belt conveyor is used for leading away bags. Conveyor speed is adjusted with maximum speed of the machine.

ELECTRIC WELCING DENICE FOR PLASTIC BAGS

For hermetic sealing bags, ČELIK-PAK produces a wide range of electric welding devices for plastic bags. In our program we have electric welding devices with thermostat than with thermoregulatory and impulse welding device with cantal-tape or wire.

This covered the entire range of bags form polyethylene film and multilayer thermo soldering foils of all siyes. Starting from those for small packs of 3 grams to the sacks of 50 kg. According to customer needs and requirements, we install in jaw of welling device date printing unit with 4 or 6 digits, as well as pneumatic or electromagnetic rive of jaw.

CARDBOARD EQUIPMENT
